We are pleased to announce the date and location for the 4th Annual CTZCC Show.

DATE:

Saturday, July 21st from 10am - 3pm

LOCATION:

Middletown Nissan
1153 Newfield Street (Rte 3)
Middletown, CT 06457.


Check MapQuest or other services for detailed directions.

TO REGISTER COMPLETE THE FORM AT THE FOLLOWING LINK AND BRING ON DAY OF SHOW - THERE IS NO PRE-REGISTRATION: http://www.ctzcc.com/ShowRegistrationForm2012.pdf

Food (Breakfast and Lunch) will be available for purchase from MARILYN's DANCING DOGS.

Just a few quick items:

*Only DATSUN/NISSAN Z Cars allowed to enter the show and park in the show area. All Spectators and Non-Z cars should park across the street at Middletown Nissan's Used Car Lot.

* Registration will only be on the day of show and will cost $20.00.

* If weather is questionable, please check the web-site for last minute updates (www.ctzcc.com). If no updates are posted, it means the show is “on”.

* Registration closes and judging begins promptly at 11:00am - so please plan accordingly if you are traveling a long distance and/or want to prep your vehicle in the lot.

Show Agenda:

9:00am - 11:00am Registration and car preparation

11:00am Registration closes!

11:00am - 1:00pm Peoples Choice Judging

9:00am - 2:00pm Raffle tickets on sale
* Multiple winners choose from table items
* Price: 1 for $1, 8 for $5, or 20 for $10.00

1:30pm 50/50 and Raffle Drawing

2:00pm Award Ceremony

3:00pm Show ends

Awards will be distributed as follows:
* First and Second place in each class
* People’s Choice Award

Hi Everyone.
Now is the time I'm requesting for volunteers to help with the car show. We have needs in each of the following catagories:
Registration
Parking
Raffle
Judging
and other things that seem to pop up during the show.
In the past, the officers split up the tasks due to a lack of help and also incorporated their families to assist. The goal this year is to run the show without the officers help. I would like them to enjoy the show in the same frame as we have been able to do. Remember, if it wasn't for them, there would be no meetings, pizZa, activities, merchandise, website, pictures, and countless hours doing the background work to make it happen.
If you are able, please consider helping out and contact me here or at greg@ctzcc.com. I need a leader for each of the above tasks and assistants for them. Penny Rusnak and my wife Chris will work on the registration table. I will sat up a meeting with the leaders a few weeks before the show to cover the bases.
Let's make this show fun for all. It is a good feeling to give back and show the officers we appreciate their efforts on behalf of all of us.

Frank, your right on the money about not having Mike Rosann here. Thanks for doing the selling of the raffle tickets. Would you like to run the drawings also? You were so good with that 2 years ago. No pressure :roll:
It's great to see the number of people who have volunteered to help that day and it eases my mind to know we have enough so that no one will be busy all day. Thanks to all, and I'm really looking forward to a wonderful show.

Thanks to all who are volunteering. One more request. If anyone has a tent like the 10' by 10' used for shows, patios, etc., please bring it on Saturday. We have one so far, but need at least one more. Many thanks.
