I know this is a hike for most of you, but I'm throwing it out there if anyone is feeling up to a road trip.

http://www.villacapricruisers.org/events.html

This is my favorite event each year, and would be even if it wasn't local for me.

Where: Nay Aug Park, Scranton PA
When: Father's Day, June 17, 2018
Time: Gates open at 8:30

Food and Drinks are available and historically it's been less than $20 to show a vehicle, cheaper still if you pre-register. The event is judged but many driver quality vehicles (like mine) are shown as well. No worries if your car has character.

I would LOVE to get there to zee this, and it's on my bucket list. My car might not be ready in time for it this year but we'll keep a good thought.

Appreciate it Frank.

I hope your Z isn't down for too much of the season.

Forecast is looking great for this Sunday! I'll be at the show with my 260z and my friend Billy will be there with one of his awesome cars.... Hoping it'll be his 260z or the 300zxtt. He may bring his 944 turbo or M3 though. It'll be fun anyway.

This is a show of several hundred cars, all makes/models welcome, fundraising for local charities event. Z cars and Datsuns are underrepresented however, I'm usually one of only maybe three or so. We could use a few more!

Hoping some of you are able to make it.

It ain't me, babe. As much as I want to attend this event, my Z is still not ready for war and I *just* returned from a military burial in Camp LeJeune NC which cost too much and took too much time. Wife's already angry enough as it is. Also, I expect some of my kids to visit for Daddy's Day.

Thanks for the invite; I want to make this soon, but it won't be this year.

If anyone from here goes this year, PLEASE bring back some pictures!?

Frank

Completely understand Frank. I'm aware of your situation and didn't expect you could make it. No problem.

My 260z is all shined up, ready for the show tomorrow. I'm not a great photographer but I'll take some photos of tomorrow's festivities to post here anyway.

Another one in the books! I lucked out and got a shady spot under an Ash tree, perfect spot. Also my wife and kids came out to hang with me for awhile too which made the whole day for me. My boys are quite proud of our Z, and they spent most of the time in the car. My father was away for this one to attend a wedding.

Over 600 vehicles participated this year, and my friend won a plaque for farthest distance......he's only an hour away.

Out of all of those my Z was one of only 2 Datsuns present, the other a mild custom 240z. Another of my friends brought his 300zxtt.

Heading out now for a party, I'll post pics tonight.

Can someone remind me how to post pictures directly to the site?

When I use the attach file feature it's saying the file is too large.

Yeah, that happens to me, too.
I circumvent that by dragging photos from my computer library to my desktop, then when I press the ChooZe File button I search out the pics I want. I submit them one at a time so the website can 'digest' them easily, then go back and pick another one. That leaves me with the accusation of having "edited" my Post a doZen times, but at least it allows me to enter pictures.

:? An hour away, huh?
Hrumph! Any one of us could have taken that trophy if we'd made the trip. Some of the other guyz don't have room for any more trophies, but I could use a few. Next year. 8)

No, just haven't gotten the chance to fire up the computer and give your method a go. Hoping to do that later tonight. I need to download the pictures from my phone to the computer and go from there. I hope it works, I took a lot of photos.
