I am pleased to announce that Jim Hagani has agreed to serve in the role of President and additional decisions will be made during the offseason about how the club will operate going forward.

Jim is a founding member of the CTZCC and has been an invaluable leader of the club since its inception. Personally, I can't think of a better person to steer the club through this period of transition.

Also, the officers of the club will be meeting regularly in the offseason to discuss and plan for many new changes for the 2013 season. In addition to appointing a new President, the officers will be using this period of time to rethink many aspects of how the club operates. The goal of these changes will be to a) better define existing and new officer roles, b) broaden the leadership structure to lessen the dependency and burden on any one individual, c) recruit additional members to assist with club activities, and d) strengthen relationships with our dealers and other partners.

Please join me in welcoming Jim to this important new role and stay tuned for many new changes designed to reinvigorate the club going forward!

If you have any ideas about how the club can better operate in the future, please feel free to share your input with any of the current officers.

Sincerely, Ross

A perfect choice, and truly an early Christmas gift!!! :D It was a pleasure to serve as an Officer with all these guyz, but Jimmy certainly distinguished himself as a clear-thinking, level-headed individual with a great sense of humor. I will seriously miss Ross, but I hold Jim Hagani in high regard and feel nothing but respect for him.

The Club would change somewhat regardless who took on the PreZidential duties, but it will surely head into exciting directions with Jim at the helm. THANK YOU Jim, for stepping up when we needed you most.

Go Jim, Go!

Frank T

Hi everyone:

I greatly appreciate all the support and enthusiasm as I step into my new role as President of the CTZCC.

For the past seven years, Ross has poured every ounce of himself into making the club what it is today, and I have every intention of doing everything I can to keep the club friendly, fun and welcoming for everyone.

All of the club's officers are hard at work mapping a course for the club as it heads into uncharted territories without Ross at the helm.

Please check back frequently during the coming weeks as plans begin to come together.

- Jim

Thanks Ross for all your efforts. Even with limited exposure to the club I can see a good group of members, great member involvement and the best opportunity for Z owners to meet and greet. Your sucessor has the
task of building on your foundation.
I'm pleased to see someone step up so early to take on this responsibility.
My experience is that most clubs (organizations) find a small leadership group taking on the major tasks, with help from the 2nd circle and as you move out from center you have the joinere that participate only a little.
Welcome to the top Jim.

Jim, sorry I'm a little late to the party. Thank you for taking over the helm, the club is in good hands again.
I look forward to supporting your efforts in the coming year. 2013 will be special with the National Convention within our realm.
