I think that's a very early prototype for a "pay-to-play" cellphone.

| HHAHAHAHAAAAAAA! That's beautiful Karl! I love the way they keep 'resetting' the program each time they make a mistake! I'm going to share that a lot. The kid in the bassackwards hat personifies almost his generation for me. Made my day.
