Uncle Phil's does! Each winter he has a plastic bag he opens, drives his Z onto, then zips up around it. I forgot what it's called but that was the very first thing I thought of when he described it.

Hellz yeah. Been "on" since day one. Sprayed on though, since "pull-on's" would have made it difficult to open the doors. 8)

The 84 gets to stay inside. The van is in the driveway, and the 370z gets a spot in my neighbor's carport. :)

Phew! I feared you kicked the old gal to the curb. I'm glad you have respect for what's old and that the old needs protection, care and warmth. Isn't a carport supposed to have a roof of some sort? I don't seem to see one covering Z 370. :?: :o

I use "carport" very loosely. :P

Yeah. When you get old you can sometimes develop leaking issues. R U planning any fix at this time or just using some "soil" absorbent material/ diapers? :)

Down here on Lawn Guyland we call your carport a "driveway". lol. :P

(Sigh), Yet another major Nor-Easter with high winds and heavy snow forecast for Monday night and all day Tuesday. Windy, low temps, sleet and more than a foot of snow predicted.

Just when I thought the salt trucks were done and it was safe to go back in the water.... :(

AAAGGGGHHHH!!!! (Sort of like Charlie Brown). After more years than I care to remember my 1961 Triumph TR3A finally got the restored, rotisserie body restoration done and mounted back on the frame, Vinny and Colin helped me last week to get the chassis down to the Bridgeport restoration shop. Finished yesterday, and ready to come home for finishing...now "Blizzard Stella" has blocked the final effort, probably going to be a few days before it can be trailered. Crap! Mello Yello will have to wait to see her old garage mate.
Frank, it ain't no Healey!
It's Cotswold Blue.
Some photos below.

Oh, that's coming out BEAUTIFULLY!! What a thrill it must be to finally see a perfect body mounted on the rolling chassis you've spent so much time on. I'm very sure you were working on this car the year I first met you, shortly after the last dinosaur died. What an accomplishment!

Be grateful for this sudden weather, my friend. Providence usually favors the cautious and something bad might have been ready to blind-side you if you had pulled the car home on schedule. This tiny little bliZZard might be a blessing in disguise. There could have been many other things, all much worse, which might have happened if you had brought it home today (car accidents, heart attacks, house fires, GARAGE FIRES, gas explosions, runaway family members, low-yield thermonuclear releases, etc). Be grateful it was only a little snow. I always tell myself to enjoy each snowfall because none of us knows whether it might be the very last snow we ever see.

Hey, at least it gave you a day off locked in the house so you finally have time to "computer" with us!

Dibbs on a ride! I'll search the attic for my old goggles and a scarf. 8)

Q: This couldn't be the exact same car we saw you in as a teenager, could it? (Time to show the picture of you driving a TR3 as a teenager, please).

Q: Did the TR3 not have an engine-crank hole? I seem to remember helping turn an engine on one of those about 60yrs ago...?

It's there, you just can't see it because of the angle the front pictures are taken at.
I think you can see it in the picture taken from the rear but I am not sure.
