I have the 2013 Fall Outing photo saved as my desk top image on my work computer and I tend to stare at it a lot. Do you blame me? Anyway I found a little strange occurrence in the photo and I want to see if anyone else can pick it out...Kind of like a Where's Waldo without the Waldo.

I was going to display the image but the it is huge and it will make this thread all crazy looking.. So go ahead and click on it from the main page.

The guy walking onto the grass is our Scotty Cole from RDZ. Not much strange about him, except that he works too much.

The weird red spot is the open hood of a red 240Z I helped back into place on the lawn along the wall, showing thru the trees.

The minivan is Irv's Magic Bus. Worth more than my Z, it isn't very weird, either.

101 happy, smiling Z nuts enjoying 71 Z cars from 8 states.....

I'm still looking......

I think I've got it (before the ZAP hint) - dcerutti's wicked 280z Turbo (Silver Z to the right of the yellow zap in the back row) - the hood/bonnet looks a little 'off'

Almost a seamless Photoshop splice-together

Cheers,
Colin

Ah! Dave's silver bullet car! Directly above the heads of Colin the Younger and Colin the Elder! Yeah! Well, that car has been cut down the middle, nose to tail, and widened 2.5 feet in an attempt to copy the old Pontiac Wide-Track stance of the 1960s. It adds a lot of stability. In fact, Dave has installed a bench seat from the front of a 1965 Pontiac Tempest, so he can sit three people in his Z, shoulder to shoulder.
And the hood had to be off-set like that, to accommodate the supercharger and triple DOWNDRAFT Solex three-barrel carbs he installed on the driver's side of the engine. They needed extra clearance directly in front of the driver. 8)

Doesn't anybody have any detail shots of this special car, up close?

Also, thanks once again to Uncle Phil's son for doing such an outstanding job on this panoramic collage, and congratulations to The Younger and Adam for their sharp eyes! :D Good game!

I must have looked at that picture 100 times and never noticed that.
I'll bet Dave picked it out the first time he saw it.
