So here's a guy in Japan who owns a Ferrari, and has time and money to donate to the Japanese government.

He films hmslf speeding thru town and country, then publishes it on the internet.

The Japanese are fanatical about speed limit enforcement (always have been) so, predictably, they tracked him down. They retraced his route and computed his speeds. He faces hard time and a fine if (when) convicted.
