I got married Monday....no gifts over $1000 please.
Rachel doesn't tolerate z-car stuff in the garage....instead we bought a house with a second detached barn/garage building and space for a new 1500 sq ft drive-in heated workshop. She also lets me build radio-control airplanes in the house, so she's a keeper. I also got a tungsten-carbide wedding ring, which won't get bent or scratched when I work on the carz. Really the only problem I have with her is that she doesn't want a z-car....she wants an old mustang convertible!

CONGRATULATIONS, Mark! :D Well done, lad. Many happy years to both of you.

Hey ~ her taste in men is good enough. Lighten up on her Mustang mistakes.

That's a pretty easy trade-off, you actually got the better of the deal
by getting the barn/garage! And with a little insulation and a torpedo
heater, what's a "little" Buffalo snow?

Rachel wants an early Mustang? I think that's an easy one too; Kathy
didn't even know what a 240Z was until after we married, and now she
is the one who keeps asking when the next Z event is. Our carZ would
still be in hibernation if not for her; she is the one who suggested that
we go to the cruiZe at which we met Frank and Phrog. And she is the
one who "spilled the beans" to Phrog, which completely let the cat out
of the bag and destroyed any possibility of my becoming a couch potato
in my retirement. Now if I only could get her to use the prefix "240"
from time to time.

BTW I know where there are two BARNFULS of 1964-1/2 to 196?
Mustangs in various states of repair, and in every conceivable body
style. Each barnful being, I suppose, maybe 30' wide by 100' long, with
an access aisle down the middle. The guy even bought my 1964 Ford
car carrier so he could be "period correct" when going to buy more cars.

All Z Best,.............................Kathy & Rick
