Songwriter and singer Gerry Rafferty has died this week.

For those of you who danced and dreamed thru the 70s, 80s and 90s, you probably remember his "Baker Street"

He also wrote "Stuck in the Middle (with you)", which I used to sing at the top of my voice while driving on the interstate.

Yeah I saw that, despite being a young pup back then I still recall/identify pop music from the mid-late 70's. (Give me disco or give me death.) That last song makes the hair behind my neck stand on end.

ELO lost their cellist back in Sept. as well. What a unique sound they had for the time.
