Kathy and Rick , I just wanted to say Hi and ask how you both are today? I'm fine and Shelly is hanging in there. We are still in a holding pattern but spirits are doing Great.
On a side note I've been reading that you sell die cast z cars at the functions and I would like to purchase one. Maybe you could PM me an address to mail you some cash for a car and shipping .

Hey Bill,
I don't know how I overlooked this one, so sorry!
Other than I'm way in over my head with everything going on.......And
the computer was on the fritz for a few weeks and I just got it back.

The important things first, how is Shelly? And how are you and the
kids? Haven't heard lately either on the site or by PM, so I assume
things have leveled off for you? Kathy still has several symptoms.
Much less severe than the first one 4 years ago (8/22/06) but there
nonetheless. Convoluted and confused thought patterns, delusional
or hallucinatory episodes, slurred speech, lost much weight in a short
time, etc. But at least she is still alive! The first time around I was
told in so many words she wasn't going to make it. But Kathy would
have made a better Airborne Ranger than me. She might be little,
but she's Irish and she's tough!

Love and hugs to Shelly, Amanda, and Tyler (how did I do this time)
from Kathy and me. They wouldn't know us from Adam's housecat,
but human nature responds when one realizes that someone cares
and loves a person. And a big hug for you too, my brother!

Maybe I should have done this by PM. Well, too late now!

All Z Best,..........................Rick (and Kathy too, of course)

 Wow. I never realized Adam had a housecat.

(I never even pictured him needing a house!)

Did he leave it in the Garden when he and his wife got evicted?

I'm gonna go read Genesis again, to search for a reference to his cat.

Frank

Yeah, now that you mention it, I can see that that could be an issue.
For example in the King James Version, Gen.1:24-30 refers five times
to "........and over every living thing that creepeth upon the earth....."
That's a little nebulous 399 years later...........

The International Bible Commentary, compiled and edited by F.F.
Bruce and other Bible scholars, comments on the sixth day of creation:
"The division of the animals is utilitarian rather than scientific, viz.
those that would be domesticated (livestock), smaller animals (crea-
tures that move along the ground), and wild animals." While the cat
is not specifically mentioned, it could easily be included in either of the
first two categories, particularly the second, could it not?

The New Living Translation gives us perhaps the most easily under-
standable reading: Example= vs 25-- ".......God made all sorts of wild
animals, livestock, and SMALL ANIMALS, EACH ABLE TO REPRODUCE
MORE OF ITS OWN KIND." We all know the reputation the tomcat has
developed over the years!

FWIW,........~Rick~
