Keith,
Let me just say how very brave I think you are by a) setting up a poll and b) doing so on a holiday! As you know, we CTZCC'ers are not big on polls, even when it comes to important things like show attendance and the Member Ride of the month contest. I see that you already have some responses, which simply indicates to me that people are sneeking onto the internet to get away from their relatives today. Even a CTZCC poll apparently has more attraction than chewing the fat with Aunt Patty or Uncle Ernie! I'll be signing on throughout the day to see how many others are temporarily escaping from family togetherness. Ross

Hahaha! This is funny!

Apparently, some of us prefer to spend time with our Z family than with our Inlaws and Outlaws!

One big difference though Ross, unlike family, I can make you guys leave by just turning the computer off.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

And we welcome you back home, Tom!

Did the airline charge you extra for carrying the extra weight on the return trip?

Did ya tell yer family about the hotdogs? :lol:

(HEY! You were only a stone's throw from our member Dan Linquist up in Washington! You could have seen his very early 240Z and brought us a report!)

After arrival at SF airprt spotted a real nice BMW Z8 in the parking deck, think it's about the 2nd one i've ever seen in person. One shot i don't know why i did not take was a mint Triumph Stag in Sausolito, man that thing was sweet, Step Son lives in Santa Clara on the border of San Jose about an hour south of Frisco. I was taking walks every morning to see what i could see in the neighborhood, saw some nice finds everywhere, okay here we go.........

Hokey Smoke, Bullwinkle! You keep the P1800 Volvo, I got the '61 E-Type FHC!

Nice shots, buddy ~ what a great way to wake up on a Saturday, before going out to work on my Z.

California certainly has always been THE place to go to find cool cars. Thanks for sharing.

You know what I appreciate most? The fact that you:
1. are old enough to have seen most of these cars new during your lifetime;

2. recognize and appreciate so very many of them;

but still

3. have become fixated on the Datsun Z car !

Have you owned 15 MGs? No. 15 Austin Healeys? No. 15 Volvos? (well, maybe) but what are you dedicated to TODAY? The Z car. That speaks volumes.

NOW, go back to the top and answer Keith's sticky poll. I think you would fall into the final category, wouldn't you?

*(And by the way, that 1966 Chevy isn't lowered ~ the redheaded tattoo girl just ate too much turkey).
