B20B out of the Japanese 1998 CR-V (2 liter), with a Jackson Racing Supercharger, mounted to a B16 close ratio trany. Hopefully a LSD gets in there, planing on getting a lightweight flywheel, 4-6 puck springless clutch, and ran on an aftermarket engine management. Shooting for 300hp with full weight of the car around 1500 lbs.

lets just say .... street legal go-kart anyone?

it probably wont hit the road til next spring.... I only want to do this once...and right the first time.

Oh wait, so the usual blow things up and live and let die policy doesn't apply to this car?

1500lbs divided by 300hp = 5lbs per horse.

The AC Cobra had 10lbs per horse, which gave it 0-60 times of 6seconds. It beat everything on the road for it's day.

Bob Sharp's 1970 240Z GT/U racer had about 7lbs per horse. His later cars got Turbo power and Bob won six championships with those cars.

If you can actually transfer that power to the road, your hypothetical 0-60 times are about 3 seconds.

Kay is NOT going to want to ride in that car with you.

put some supports on the base...and drilled holes to secure the hub to the base...right now the tire machine is set up for 4x100 only...but plans to set it up for 4x114.3 is coming. And it works...it takes another person to hold two screwdrivers, while one uses a prybar to flip the lip on the rim. and did one wheels already... and set the bead.

then test fit it on the cart eerr...car... to see max low.

....and how do those compare with the 2.2, (Prelude I think). I thought that was the top choice. They also have the 2.4 as well. Then there is the Integra's that were all aluminum, which I think all Honda's are Now. Well either way, this is the best darn Go-Cart I ever seen. well, almost, I need to find out how he's doing, but I gave this guy a snowmobile engine, and he has it on a real go-cart, and last I saw, it was very evil looking, and he was snapping axle shafts and working on that issue.
