Post subject:  Farewell, John Madden?
I am hearing reports that John Madden died today at age 87. If true, I feel a personal loss. The man was a great coach and a great sportscaster.

Altho I have boycotted the NFL since 2018 (after 53yrs of dedication and support), I never lost my admiration for Madden. A true American, a patriot, a blood-and-mud footballer and an icon for generations of the game.

Farewell, Coach. :cry: Thanks for all the years of inspiration.
