brother tom and i have just gone to our first cruise of the season and it was just what i needed to get out of my winter funk! the old tin can hasn't moved since our fall meet at the mansion.i pulled it out of the garage and rinsed it off and checked the fluids and off i went.the weather was great up here in dutchess county and we traveled about 20 miles to a small town of port ewen in ulster county to the dairy freeze where about 50 other cars met.i think i fell in love with that old car all over again, at least for now! it rides hard, sounds loud, inside and out, gets looks, some good, some bad- this car is raw!! this car is me, and i guess over 300 of my brothers and sisters!! happy cruise season to all!!! mike

A very appropriate post for the first day of Spring!

My 350Z will see the road today for the first time since last October. The torrential rain we got last week did a great job of rinsing what was left of salt off of the roads.

The 240Z will wait another couple of weeks as I need to install my new aluminum radiator and a fuel tank (obtained from a good Z friend!)

The forecast for the next week is edgy, back in the 30s here with rain/snow showers. It's spring on the calendar, but it won't be true Z season for a few more weeks.

Darn Groundhog!

My 17 mile trip home from work today ended up being 50 miles with the T-Tops Off.

I've been zipping around for the past week with mine. A few minor tweaks this winter made it soooooo much more worthwhile! :)

A welcome to Spring - Texas Style!!!

We had 1" of rain yesterday, wind gusts up to 35MPH, a light freeze and 3" of snow overnight (still snowing as I write this). We are all thankful that no tornados accompanied this delightful mix of weather.

Z fever, what a feeling, I can't wait. I'm going to drive the 240 down my street for the first time today, exhaust is nearly finished, but at least quiet, well, depends on what you define as quiet. The 83 front end is almost done and then off to the paint shop. At least I can drive my Nissan truck for now, with it's Z parts installed, (seats, steering wheel,) and feel good, it's now an official antique, 25 this year. :D
