In process of removing right side (passenger) door and fender and have a couple questions. First - instructions for door removal are to remove junction box, fuse box, vent control and passenger side trim panel. Assume mounting bolts will be behind trim panel. First removal item is the junction box, which has about 6 electrical connectors, haven't had success in unplugging these connectors. Loosened tabs & tried pulling the 1st connector, but there doesn't appear to be any movement. Is it just a question of more leverage or is there something I'm missing? Figured I'd ask before being more forceful & possibly breaking something.

Second - is a fender question. One of the bolts for the flexible fender mounting brackets just turns & won't come out. I can get my hand up inside & feel the bolt turning. Inner bolt mount seems to be ok, but bolt will not come out. I've tried applying leverage and turning, but still won't come out. Appears to me that only option is to cut off bolt head & deal with remnant after fender is off. Before taking that step wondered if anyone had any better ideas.

Thanks - Harry

All you need to do is be able to see the bolts through the frame. I don't recall removing to much, it only took 15 minutes to get the door off. The bolt....PB blaster, some vice grips on the other side....good luck.
