I've decided to make a roof spoiler for my Z, I'm trying to do subtle things to make mine different from others and since there's not many aftermarket body parts for the Z31 I thought I'd have a go at it.

I'm using the third brake light housing from the 87, cutting it in half then moving the pieces to the edge like so: [img][/img]

As of now I have it to how I want it and have to go crazy with fiberglass and bondo to get a mold. From there i plan to make different versions and see how they come out.

Any ideas/feedback is welcome!

Be careful with that ~ I put a roof airfoil on my Z and it changed its whole appearance. :x

good luck tho, is the original made of metal? Are you going to need to support it closer to the middle? I couldn't imagine its that sturdy there. Keep the updates coming

its all contingent on how well he attaches it to the window. I think it needs to come out wider tho, hug the edges of the glass
