I agree Paul. I think those are European spec, not legal over here.

US Highway codes prohibit 'white' lenses on any forward-facing lamps except headlamps and fire emergency vehicles.

Well, now that I study the picture harder, I notice that the RHD Z car has 'furrin' plates, the electrical connections are WAYYYY different than ours, and the people look healthier and better educated than Americans, and nobody's carrying a gun.

Definitely overseas.

if you are talking about the ones under the headlights, I don't think they are for that car. If you look closely, they don't match the body lines and they actually appear to have a bit of a hump on the top of them. I would say, without knowing any better, they were from a different car that he adapted them onto it.

I wonder if those clear lenses aren't possibly the old corner-illuminating floodlights from the 1980s which were supposed to light up the area you were trying to turn in to? They only worked when you turned on the directional for that side. I agree with RaginZ, I don't think the US Z cars ever offered those.
