All,

This is actually my first post on here in a very long time. I recently sold my Z and the time has come for me to move onto my dream next project: a 50th anniversary edition! I am watching ebay, bringatrailer.com, and the local craigslist but I was hoping someone could help keep an eye out for me. Only a little over 5000 were made, so although I can always find one for sale, finding one for sale locally is pretty tough. At this point I'll take whatever condition I can as long as the body is solid & with a clean title.

Thanks!
-Marissa

Marissa! How great to hear from you again! There were rumors that you had won the PowerBall and bought an island in the Caribbean. Guess not, huh?

For those who might not know what to look for:

"Third generation: Nissan 300ZX (Z31, First Model)
Main article: Nissan 300ZX

The 1984 300ZX 50th Anniversary Edition was released in celebration of the company's 50th anniversary year. It was based on the standard 300ZX Turbo, but was outfitted with every luxury feature available, a unique black interior with "bodysonic" leather seats in addition to widened fender flares, requisite badging, rear quarter panel flares, and sixteen-inch (406 mm) wheels (400 mm)".

For what it's worth, I've never seen a real one.
Yet. 8)

You go, girl.

I can't establish a secure connection with the contact info, can you? Does it show a number?

Thanks. That's a mobile phone listed to 40 y/0/ Ermy P -, on Cherry Valley Rd in West Hemptsead, LI. 11552. They are also renting an apartment at that number.

That's so nearby, it would be worth a trip to look the car over before sending any deposit, just to make sure it actually exists (not a scam)* and still has framerails.

*[Some of us have seen OUR OWN cars listed for sale on the internet over the years, with pictures taken from our Member Rides gallery. The "sellers" asked ridiculously low prices for some of our best Zs, and required "buyers" to wire a quick $500 deposit to ensure the sale. Remember, if something appears too good to be true, it usually is.]

Hey Marissa, glad to see you want to get another Z, a good place to keep a look out is >>>zcar.com<<<, keep looking in the for sale section. I finally got those rims on my 240, and I'm VERY PLEASED, :D Thank you very much, the rims just made the car :!:

How did this work out? Did anyone actually hear back from Marissa again? Does anyone know if she got a car or not?
