Nooo, I've never even heard of this thing.
But I HAVE seen a 240Z with a trailer hitch on the rear bumper. That's almost the same idea, isn't it? 8)

No Frank, this actually was in a catalog back in the day. The one I had, next to it there was the ski rack made just for your Z car. Like the car would last very long if you took it skiing all the time. :roll: Same catalog, also for RX-7, had a rear seat conversion for the RX-7. If you want a luggage rack, I'm sure they still make the ones that fit on the old style drip rails. Finding this one, good luck. :thumbs_up:

Paul I had one of those ski racks for my 260 z it mounted on the hinge for the rear hatch . . . held 2 pair of ski's and worked great. . . . 8)

No I totaled it in 1980 . . . I think it's a Whirlpool refrigerator now ! ! ! ! ! :mrgreen:

I might just have the ski rack somewhere though . . . .

I thought it was the other way around.........washing machine now Z car. :P Now don't tell me you totaled it during a ski trip. I think you should show up with the ski's on. Might just put you in a special class, guaranteed trophy. :D
