WTB: Reasonable old 240Z (or other Z) which can be made roadworthy without insanity within a year. Wanted for parent/child project. Price and location are important ~ best selection will be close to NY state, be complete and be affordable.

Please keep your eyes open?

Thnx

What about the 240Z that another member posted from the ratsun forums?

Frank,

I just remembered you were looking for a project. Adam at least was looking out for you.

This is the ad
http://community.ratsun.net/topic/54204 ... ed-and-ac/

It's for sale on classiczcar too.

I can't say 1st hand if it's a good car, but if my son was old enough I would be inquiring about this one right away. It looks like an easy project from the pictures.

I'm just a sucker for a good project car. I like looking at them more than finished cars.

Good luck!

Rob

Adam,

From what I've seen so far I really like your car a lot. Your car looks much further along than what I mean though. I'm sure your car is a project, but I think most of ours are. I see the car in the Ratsun ad as a blank canvas that hasn't had anything done to it at all. I really like that it has AC and the metal looks really good from the pictures.

Rob

Afraid I'll have to leave you all in suspenders for awhile. The car wasn't for me ~ i was trying to help someone else find a suitable father/son project, and that has been achieved.
I sort of wanted that green/tan 1971 barn find car! :D
