Can't you just sandblast 'em?

If you end up getting the wheels, do you mind weighing one for me?

I could use some lower offset 5x4.5" wheels for the race car. I'm currently running SN95 Mustang wheels, but I can't fit much wider rubber in the front without clearancing the strut. Similar story for the rear, except that it's the control arm (I could just run a spacer, but I'm not comfortable doing that on a racecar).

Thanks
Andy

When I get them I'll weigh them and let you know.

If I had a sandblaster that's the way I would go. Unfortunately it's gonna have to be the hard way...aircraft remover, tons of sand paper and sore fingers :x

Is it worth paying a shop to sandblast it for you?

There is a guy selling some 5 point rims for your CV on RI cragslist in the Barter section. Look very nice.
