Happy New Year All!, my son Connor have been working on our Datsun pickup project. We'll have parts needs for sure, so any of you that come across PL 520 or 521 parts............6 lug slotted mag wheels, 1600 motor , PD =10/70. Looking for a good recommendation for chrome plating that I can drive to 2 hrs.
Will try to get this ready for Aug. 1 Z show in New Hampshire.
I need Vinnies phone number to call about rebuilding the 1600 and stuff.

Actully I don't have any parts for this. I would keep an eye out in the craigslist adds for Newport R.I. There is a guy selling one all in pieces. I have an "85" and got my front bumper from Vinni. Yea, Tiny Tim is looking real good after having the corner spashed in. I got twice in insurance money for what I paid for it, Sweeeet. I found most of the parts in a junk yard, but I ended up ordering a fender from Rock Auto. So check out the RA site as well.

Paul, thx for that info.......I'll follow up on that Newport parts truck.......thing is that's where my truck came from........seller included some extra parts he acquired from another truck in the area...........might be remnants of the same on Craigs.............

Big "O" I think you just bought what I was talking about. So Cool, can't wait to Z it done. Even though mine is an 85, I prefere to call it Datsun, Except the tail gate gives it away.
