yeah so the Z wouldn't pop start and unfortunately the wife needed to push me with her jeep and ended up cracking my tail light assembly. i might just redo my tail lights with the camaro ss tail lights i have but figured if maybe someone had one they could part with i wouldn't pass it up.

I only have Series 1 lights. You need the later 280 set.

They're more expensive than 280z lights and require a bit of work to fit.

i.e. You'll be cutting up the rear of your car, there's no going back. Not worth it at all if you're already thinking about another tail light conversion. Think hard on this one.

I have a complete set of 260/280 tailights and trim. No problems except for the plastic chrome trim a bit faded.

Make me an offer! Free doesn't count....

They're right, Mike ~ you don't want to carve up your 280 to fit 240 lights, for a number of reasons. John's 260/280 lights should help.

Well I do plan on customizing my tail lights. And can't justify spending more than 50 bucks on one tail light assembly. This is what I've seen on eBay. I know free doesn't count John but how low can you go? I suck at making offers. Not sure if I'll end up going with stock lenses again though. It looks like my lights still work just the housing is cracked.
