Hey guys. The AM radio that Frank set me up with, from the Parts car, is great. It is just missing the plastic switch cover thingie on the right side. If anyone has a spare lying around, please PM me.

OR, if you'd be willing to let me borrow yours, I can create my own replacement....via the nerdy 3D CAD and 3D printing work I do. Heck, even measurements and a couple of pics would probably be sufficient and appreciated.

Thanks!
Colin

Actually Colin, my original radio (with switch) is still out of my car from my recent dashboard replacement. You can borrow it to measure if nothing else happens first.

Not sure what you're referring to ~ the radio itself or the plastic face cover with the vertical slot in it?

Frank

Heya Frank. Thanks for the quick response. A picture is worth 999 words right?

That little vertical black switch/cover - that's what I'm after.

Cheers,
Colin

AH! That's taped into my car for appearance. It pulls right off anytime you want to copy it. The '71 cover didn't have that slot, for some reason, or else I'm remembering it wrong. I can check the garage this weekend and zee if I still have it. If I do, it's yours.

If not, feel free to borrow mine and cut your own slot. A Dremel should do it.

Frank
