Hi all,
We'll be moving to GA sometime in Nov.
I have a perfect oem radiator I pulled from my 260
when I did the 355 SBC install and replace with alum. HD

Also there is a custom fan shroud that comes with it. Not
sure if collar might need trimming for st. 6 as it was made
when I had the 305 SBC in it.

I also bought a twin electric fan 1200 cfm that just did not
have enough air flow for my new engine.

They are available at my home in Tolland or I could bring them
to my office in Hamden if need be.

I'm really hoping to make the gathering at Ross's, however, we're
trying to get the house purged of 37 years of stuff and ready to put
on the market. Time is just flying & every weekend has projects.

Best, Jack

The Clubbie I wanted this for has already replaced his radiator, so all this gear is still available.
Still, it was great to talk with Jack for an hour.

Actually my radiator is leaking. What will it take to bring it home?

I know you'll find this club to be a great group of people. Currently we lack enough people
to act as officers and coordinate events, however, everything will come back together.
The website is still very active and usually where many members spend time during the winter months. There are many members who do everything they can to help other owners out.

I'd suggest you plan on going to the gathering at Ross's in Darien Oct. 26th. You'll make some
important contacts. See home page for event schedule.

I should be available next weekend if we can set a schedule. I know we need to do some running around probably Saturday. You can give me a call between 7-8 later in the week.

If you post your information, ie. when you got your early 260, condition and what you need to do to it I'm sure you'll receive a nice welcome and new member intro if that has not been done yet.

Hope this is helpful. Welcome to the CTZCC community!
Jack

I'm sure you're welcome to come on the 26th, Jack, but I think you would have more fun with the rest of us on the 21st. 8)

I did qualify my date be saying check the home page. Didn't have time to verify & my
memory is sometimes off by a few days with dates.
Just wanted to get him off to a good start.

not having heard anything regarding the north Haven member coming to get the radiator I guess it's
going to the junk pile. Makes me a bit sad to see it go to waste but we're running out of time to
get everything gone.

Jack thanks for the radiator and the fan setup. Looks great. It'll go in when I drop the coolant for regular maintenance. Still going through the vitals on my ride.

Frank, I have a pair of headlights and a formuling france steering wheel (no horn cover) I was
going to send down for Saturday's event, but, our new friend with the radiator couldn't
make it. I'll put aside for a bit if someone wants to come and get them. Right now they are
up for grabs at the curb.

Jack
