Hammered at $30,750. I'd say very well sold.

You probably would all disown me, but at these prices it is getting a wee bit tempting to switch over to a Westfield XI or Caterham 7  I will push those sinful thoughts out of my head and try not become a Benedict Zarnold.

I know a guy with a Lotus-7 just sitting in his garage waiting to be finished and used, if you're interested.

Yes but unfortunately he chose an OHV Ford 4-banger (no big deal). He was looking for a pair of Webers last I saw the car. I felt (and he feared) the steering shaft will interfere with sidedafts and air horns. I was going to loan him one of my unused Webers for fitment but he never got back to me.
His wife hated it and wanted him to get rid of it; I was tempted to make him an offer but had no more garage room for it. It looked to be about 75-80% road-ready two years ago. He had excellent new rubber, brakes and shocks al around, an aluminum radiator, all-new wiring to every light, a new windscreen and he was trying to wire in the defroster at the time.
