I've acquired a 1988 300ZX n/a, 5 speed that was my intention to part out BUT it is in such great shape that I can't bring myself to do it! T-tops, newer clutch, new steering rack, custom CD stereo, newer performance springs and newer performance exhaust. 206k miles, drivetrain strong, but does need a Mass Airflow Sensor. The body is incredibly solid, some minor bubbles just starting around the rear wheel wells. Interior is spotless.

I will keep it until spring, get it perfect and sell it for more (or keep it for myself, it's THAT nice!) BUT if anyone is interested in a terrific Z31 on the cheap, I will let it go NOW as-is for only $2500. See pictures, it really is a sweet Z. Offers welcome, you never know, I may say yes!

Don't give him any ideas, KARL( :P ). He's supposed to be slowing down and relaxing now that he's retired. He doesn't seem to have lost any velocity yet; he just doesn't know how to sit back and enjoy life yet. I'll bet he's still getting up early each morning. :lol:

Sorry for the delay in reply fellas, I was away for a few days.

The car is really, really clean, I can't stress that enough. It was one family owned and a couple of years ago the original owner uncle gave it to his nephew who I bought it from. The Mass Airflow Sensor gave out and nephew didn't want to deal with it (needed $ also!). He was a professional auto detailer, which probably also testifies to the car's condition.

Not sure what the "clutch security feature" is, but the clutch does have to be depressed to start it. Also not sure of the timing belt service, but the seller told me that uncle was a fanatic for maintenance.

I'd like to pass it on to someone who will enjoy it for a few more years, but with winter looming I will store it until spring, make it 110% and sell it for a LOT more. If anyone is interested NOW, only $2500 takes it home.

Spread the word, it IS a very nice Z!
