Well this has been a year plus decision in the making and I'm still struggling with the idea of selling. Bottom line is there's only so much I can do and I'm not able to pay someone else to do it. I've refurbished the power unit so it's better than new. All of the usual maintenance items ( brakes, brake lines, T-rods, master & slave cylinders, thermostat, timing belt, water pump, rad hoses) have been replaced in the last two years, battery too. It needs body work, rusty rear quarter panels and eventually a new upper plenum gasket.
The interior has the usual back rug shrinkage and a scuff on the arm rest otherwise it's pristine. The T tops do not leak! Mileage is 134,600. Almost forgot there's a sweet gal that'll let you know if something isn't closed, her name is 'Bitchin Betty'
And the best part is it's a stick!A little history... I've owned the car since 1998 as a second car. I bought it from my best friends father who was the most meticulous man ever to walk the earth, no B.S. He worked as a QC inspector for Komman Helicopter and everything he owned was kept in pristine condition. He had it for ten years after purchasing it from a doctor who usually traded his cars in every year, he liked this one so much he kept it for two.
