 Whoah!!! A 2+2!
Where's Penny? She's been looking for interior panels for her 2+2 for more than 2 years.

I really do wish these people would post assurances that the cars they are stripping are legally owned, and haven't been stolen :? I think it should be a requirement for posting them on eBay or CL or any other site.

I called and spoke with the owner Nick. He's been to several of our events (including taking home a trophy from last month's Z show in North Haven) and knows some of our members. He's busy but might get to the picnic on 11Oct. He owns several Zs now.

He says he bought this 2+2 as a parts car and no paperwork was discussed. It never occurred to him that it might be stolen. He has someone coming to look at it Sunday who might buy the whole car. We'll know on Monday if it's still available or not. The interior is already sold (except for the rear seat) but the unique doors are still with the car for now.

I urged him to join us and he says he always intended to but just never got a Round Tuit. He sounds like a nice guy and has a lot of Z experience and parts.
