Did someone already mention this?

Nearby AUTOMOTIVE RESTORATIONS, INC in Stratford (near Bridgeport) offers this "restored" 1973 240Z.......for $27,500.

"Restored" should read "modified", since the drivetrain is 280Z with round top SUs (and a BMW gear lever).

http://www.automotiverestorations.com/s ... atsun-240z

It's a beautiful job and a very tempting car, but hey.....$28,000? No doubt the performance is much improved, altho ARI continue to cite the original 1970 240Z horsepower/torque figures. And I zee A/C fixtures under the hood, altho ARI don't mention they work.

Anybody maybe want this one for parts?

Frank

Too rich for my blood! I'll stick with my 280 restoration.

Pretty sure I mentioned it but still outrageous.
This could be the upturn in values the Z deserves.
Hell 70's Pintos are getting stupid money now.
I saw one selling for 7k!
