Keith, seeing your recent craigslist posts it appears that you are in the market for a second Z!! Congratulations!!

I'm continually amazed at how many of the gold / black 10th anniversary 280zx models are available for sale seeing that there were only 3000 manufactured. One does not have to look far to find one on EBay, Craigslist, etc.. Were they all originally purchased by car collectors and are in a constant state changing ownership?

I talked to the owner yesterday... it's in decent shape but it needs a fair amount of work. Needs new headliner, driver's window doesn't go up, has an exhaust manifold leak, needs paint, tires, and a couple other odds and ends. I'd love to get my hands on a REALLY nice 280zx that doesn't need any work, but it's like finding a needle in a very large haystack

There's one on the showroom floor over at Executive Nissan in North
Haven. Very pretty car, but not for me. (It has autoMAGIC.)

Yeah, I saw it there before I drove my new 370 off the show room floor. The Anniversary car has only 22k, but it's not in the best of shape... and apparently the owner still wants $16k for it
