"The Z Shack" will be the subsidiary business under my current shop name, "The Mack Shack" working on some cards. No major projects, I have enough of my own. Minor jobs, and I can sometimes make house calls. Thanks, Paul.

I found another place to get genuine Nissan parts for decent prices.
tascaparts.com
They're out of Rhode Island.
They had shock insulators (Nissan part number 54320-E4100) on ebay for $66 each which is a good price. MSA has it for $74 and Courtesy for $55.
However I asked if they had more and was told to go the their site and they had it for $50 which is cheaper that any other place I have seen.

Nice find. What little z31 stuff I have left is more than half the price, but It's just a little. This guy is one to keep on the list for sure.

From time to time we need to have our MultiSwitch rebuilt. That's the stalk which controls our wipers, windscreen washer and headlamps. You can spend a lifetime (and a small fortune) searching for a good replacement on a car the same age as yours,

OR.....

you can contact Dave Werdein in NY state to rebuild your switch for you good as new.
Nobody wants to be without headlamps all summer, so this is an excellent winter project.

I sent Dave my MultiSwitch and $135 and he predicted about 2-3 weeks. I had the dazzling-like-new switch back in my hand (very carefully wrapped and shipped) in 10 days and it looked better than factory new. The little ball-check had somehow disappeared inside, letting the switch spin without stopping in any position. A new ball check installed, the switch SNAPS into each position with mechanical precision.

I highly recommend him and he's a bee-keeper as well, so ask him about honey, too.

email Dave at: davshome@frontiernet.net
There is no spelling error in that address; don't try to add an "e" in there anyplace.

As advertised during our car show last summer, Z Car Source in Phoenix offers a ton of new and used-but-still-useable Z parts for all models.

www.zcarsource.com

Their catalog is sort of fun to walk thru, too. Our Club gets a 10% discount off all parts.

I've got some to add to the list.

www.zcardepot.com has been a favorite of mine lately, many OEM Nissan parts and aftermarket also (part numbers that begin with 200- are Nissan, 800- is aftermarket) they have an exhaustive inventory of items at fair prices- check them out. I've purchased from them many times, no disappointments.

Also www.totalzparts.com has a selection of speedometer pinion housings, new, with gears in I believe all tooth counts. My friend just got the larger offset one for his 4:11 gears. They specialize in suspension and offer coilovers and swaybar and the like.

Another one to watch is www.futofab.com.

Mainly 510 focused but there are Z parts being added. He has been bringing in replacement body panels for the 510 and I inquired about more Z stuff. He said he has stuff in the works for Z cars too. He added new replacement taillight assemblies for 240zs as well as euro bumpers. Worth a look.

CALIFORNIA DATUSN: Not sure whether we already listed these guys or not, and I'm too laZy to look right now:

https://www.californiadatsun.com/tag/240z.html

Good source for whole engines or short blocks, altho by the time you get it shipped back here to the East Coast, their prices are higher than Vinny Bedini's.
