http://zclocks.com/ Thanks to our member (and PreZident of the ZCCR) John T for this great site. Of course, the clocks in all OUR Zs still work perfectly ( ) so none of us will ever need this site, but it's handy to know in case we hear from members of other clubs who might need a perfect dashboard clock. ZClocks.com update old classic Z dashboard clocks with new quartz internals. We all know the clock is the FINAL STEP in having a completed Z. Units run about $100 each with your old core, more without it. www.ZClocks.com Frank |

nope not anymore. i had to build it myself. i bought it twice through Nissan and my money was refunded because they no longer carry it. with some help from a Z friend on facebook i was able to build it myself using 2 basic relays, 2 harness's and a 6 pin connector. |

http://www.datsunclassifieds.com/showpr ... 240z/cat/1 Thanks, Jim! Frank Thanks , Jim; and thanks also, Frank, for relaying!!! There ought to be a hard-and-fast rule in all 240Z listings in all web sites that the VIN# and month of mfr MUST be stated, or the ad will be rejected!!! (Some of us go absolutely nuts when these data aren't mentioned. And I am first among them.) I can see that the orange '70 is a 6/70 mfr which makes it a close cousin of our '70, but the VIN is blurred. It would have been interesting to see whether the two were adjacent----- a possibility, considering that both are color code 918.................. |
