Hmmm....nice price. I wonder if those might be Keith Hultmarks old wheels? He lives out there too. He sold a set of these and mounted new aftermarkets on his old Z, then sold that car and bought a new Z, then sold that, quit the Club and bought a Porsche. He could tell by looking at the wheels whether they were mounted correctly or "backwards" on the car. I still can't determine which way the 'scooped' side of the spindles should face.

Anyway, that's an excellent price and these should sell quickly. If I had a 5-bollt wheel I might buy these myself.

Thanks. I bought them from a "Tony" in Rhode Island not too long ago. Not going to work for what I wanted them for. I got a good deal- so just trying to pass the savings along to the next owner:)
Always drives me NUTS when you see a "directional" wheel and they only made one type. So on one side of the car they are going the wrong way. Nice Nissan did not do that...

I've heard Keith tell a lot of people their wheels were mounted backwards, so they might not have been so "CLEARLY" marked, Karl! haha!

Scott, you are our newest member and this is your first post. Not meaning to hijack it, I want to welcome you aboard and hope you make an entry in our NEW MEMBERS INTRO forum telling us about you and your Z dreams. That way we don't have to mess up your FOR SALE post asking Qs.

Hi Scott! Welcome to the club!

So there is somone else in this world besides me who has a problem with directional wheels that are "backwards" on one side of the car. Now if you also hate phony hood scoopes and engine vents you can be my new best friend! :P

Well that didn't take long! :D

You don't have to own Z wheels to be a CTZCC member Scott. You can't quit a free Club, either, so you're still our member. Might as well tell us what your project was (is) and why the ZX wheels would't work?

Frank
