Well low mileage is a good thing, but Rubber knows no mileage, it's 27 years old. If it's been sitting on the same tires for years, might have a flat spot. I would just start with a tire balance and look at your bushings underneath for cracks, or they could be soft. Also, I stand over the guy balancing my tires because who knows if they even know what they are doing. The one mistake I see they do is after they put the weight on they assume it's balanced. NO! You spin it one more time to make sure it comes up ZERO.

Paul, Thanks! I'll get it done. Got to find someone reputable. We ran it a couple of times since replacing the plugs, so far so good.
