Are they close enough to go try one on?

We use the "swastika" wheels and "honeycomb" wheels all the time. They fit fine.
If these fit the 240, how can they not fit your 280zx?

As I'm sure you know, ZX wheels fit S-30s, so if these fit S-30s, they should fit yours. The bolt pattern is the same and those are 15" wheels, which many of our members are using on their S-30s.

A = B.
B = C. Therefore,
C = A.

(I know my 8th grade Geometry teacher is rolling in her grave. Sorry, Ms.McLennan; I've nearly forgotten all of Euclid's transitivity postulates).
:roll: :oops:

Was checking them at ebay stores and and they say they won't fit. Just wanted some personal verification.☺ I flunked business math.

Well if they sit too far in, just a simple wheel spacer at that. 225/50/15 will fit fine on a zx I know. If you go to Tire Rack.com in the spec section they give you the "actual" diameter and width of a tire not the ###/##/## BS to make it easier buying a upgraded tire.
