Howdy folks, I need a little help (okay maybe a lot :? ) with removing the antenna (86' 300ZX)either for repair or replacement. Haven't decided which yet, I want to get it out and ponder the possibilities.
So, I got as far as disconnecting the electrical connection and the two screws that hold it to the body but it's still attached to stuff and I figured since I can't see what's going on I should consult the wise and powerful Z people.
Thanks in advance, this so cool being able to get help without spending hours doing research!

Just about every antenna out there.....mounting screws inside the car, usually 2 or 3, then on the outside of the car, spin the chrome nut counter clockwise, that's it.

Thanks Paul, that sounds easy enough  . I realized that I'd like some tunes on the way to and from the picnic so I'm going to wait until next week to finish removing the antenna.
