I know that Brian (DatsunZGarage) runs these wheels on his 240Z... he should know.

I buy the short lugs made by "Rally?" and put two spacers under each each nut so they tighten properly. Probably some esoteric rule against it but I've been running mine like that since 2000 with no issues.

Updating an older post........

I have a set of '83 swastika wheels on my 240 and wanted new lugs for the summer. The Nissan part# is said to be 40224-R4670 and runs $7-8ea. I decided to go the cheaper route and get a set of Gorilla mag nuts, but the short-shank version that fits our wheels in 12x1.25 was not available anywhere online...Amazon had them on backorder until the end of July and Summit Racing didn't even have a listing.

So I called Gorilla and they referred me to Massey Accessories in OK, a reseller of theirs. I got a set of 16 mag nuts w/washers for an excellent price. Part# 73127SMB. The outer tip is slightly smaller than the stock nut but the cash I saved makes up for it.

Massey Access: 405-239-2010, Bob or Sheila.

The longer one found in auto stores is on the right, the correct Gorilla is on the left.
