We were going to use the stock piece but it was very close to the T/C bucket bushing. Since the exhaust was going to get custom fabbed anyhow, I suggested we pick up the $99 downpipe from MSA. Let the shop install that, and work from there. It's a win win that way.

Can't go wrong with the MSA downpipe when you use the stock turbo.

I will mention the event to Fred. I'm sure he will come if he is available.

The exhaust has been postponed for a couple of weeks. Fred had to leave town. Hopefully it will get done in time for the event.
