I sure hope that was a misquote!

I have a '78 Cali ecu at home, same label. I get back from South Dakota this Sunday/Monday, though I may stay in Fall River for a day before I get home. Price is one six pack of silver bullet (bottled), if you are able to take a quick hop to the cape.

Fall River Mass? Home of Capt Joe Foss, USMC air ace of WWII (and of his grandson Joe, my buddy in Nam). 8) I'm sure there must be a memorial for Old Joe somewhere in town ~ send us a picture??

Frank

AWESOME!!! Thank you sir! They make Coors Light in bottles?

And my wife is from Fall River. Great town, home to alot of current and former military personel.

:edit:

Frank, next time I'm down there visiting the in-laws, I swear I will find out if there's a monument and take a picture of it.

Meg moved there a little while back, so it's my home away from home. No garage or z parts there though. All on the cape.

I can respect that.

So yeah, wherever you end up, let me know and I will make the trek to snag the ecu. I'm super super stoked at the possibility of owning a drivable Z.

Hey phroggy gimme a call when you're back on the east side, 603/275/1115.

I forget to check the forums some days and I don't want to forget about this. I lose my storage space on the 29th :(

ECU ACQUIRED! THE EAGLE HAS LANDED.

A huge thank you to Phrog, especially since this was so last minute! It was good to see you and my favorite orange Z!

I will be hopefully transporting "The Package" to the Z this week.

My fingers are so crossed its ridiculous.

Also, since she's rusty, I ordered a HKS Grounding Kit as well. You know, just because, better safe than sorry.

Glad I could help, and that you were able to make the trip out here. I hope it solves your current electrical problems. Now that you mention it, I'm going to look into that HKS grounding kit. I was a little upset when it appeared that MSA wasn't carrying those anymore.

I just saw that, then saw the price and his username and got a bit wary. $28 for a kit that's listed on the HKS site for something like $130. I already experienced something similar with my "Apexi" air filter, which was bought for a much lower price than you can get a new one here for. I figured it was because it was from an Asian seller, that the price just wasn't ramped up for the US market. Nope. But I must say it is one of the most impressive counterfeits I've ever seen.
