Hay Don,
My Z needs a recharge every year. I bought a recharge kit in Pep Boys for about $25.00 and that fixed it. You get a can of R134, a gauge and a line with the correct fitting. Now every spring I just get a small can of R134 for about $6.00 and add it to the system. The AC works all summer. I think when the charge gets low the system will not work at all.
