I am temporarily separated from my manuals and my car, and I need some quick info on the early 240Z speedometers.

The early 240Z had two speedometers; a "10mph" speedo and a "Zero mph" speedo ~ Does anyone know what year they switched?? I need this info rather quickly. :cry:

*(I know the Sep/1971 Club 'partz car' has a "Zero mph" speedometer ~ but I've seen others which started at 10 mph and need to know quickly when they changed)*

:lol: No ~ I have to testify in court on Monday about a car which was sold as an original Black Pearl, but has about a dozen reasons why I think it's a counterfeit forgery. The speedo is important, since I think someone used one from an earlier year Z car to show lower mileage and I want to make sure I get all my facts straight before I testify.

Hey Frank. Are you referring to the 20mph speedos from the series I 240z's?
