Does any one have this its like a little microphone that is hidden behind the drivers side sun visor thing ( sorry about the PIC quality i know its horrible)

Your car was previously wired for a hands-free telephone, probably in the 1990s. Search the car storage spaces for signs of a cigarbox-sized unit having once been mounted and wired there.

well i did find a car phone box thing that was in the trunk of my car but i took it out
