Okay, so I am sitting at my desk staring out the window at "The Shop" across the street with all of the high performance cars and I am daydreaming of my 1976 280Z which is away in storage.
So, here is what I want to do in the spring (I am taking suggestions.)
I want to upgrade from the bone stock exhaust system to a "monza" type exhaust. Maybe Headers?
How about the intake air pipe? Mine is bone stock and I was thinking of adding a new intake/K&N type unit. Any suggestions?
I figured that somebody must have some experience with these upgrades.
My car is a 40,500 mile all original Gem, so I hesitate to do anything. I will keep all of the original parts. Any help or guidance is appreciated. Joe

Hahaha! Yeah AJ, and they're YOURS!

Seriously Joe, AJ has a wicked exhaust set which is in good shape and runs dual pipes all the way to the back, thru 4 torpedo glasspacks. I've seen them several times and he finally decided to let them go. Don't know why nobody's jumped on them yet but they're solid and my impression was all that is needed are a gasket and some hangers.

Your Z would be completely unique and readily identifiable by the sound. Your neighbors might move but hey, everything has a price.
