Post subject:  18 Years Same Oil!
Just bought an 05 350Z Touring with 5k miles on BAT. Great buy, immaculate in every way. One strange thing....The original owner, now deceased, took it away from the dealer new, and never went back! Just 4960 miles in 18 years and no oil change. I thought the oil looked really dirty when I changed it on day 2. Original Nissan oil filter. Paul Miller ran the VIN and confirmed that it had never been near a Nissan dealership again! The guy had it perfectly waxed, protected with a bra, but never changed the oil!

Wow! Amazing how someone could let that go that long. Hopefully there is not much oxidation in the motor. :roll: Where was the car stored for that long?

Most cars now are 7k for an oil change and I read the 350 was 5k, so he didn't go past the mileage just the years.
