Hello everyone. My name is Howard Jay and I own a 1985 300ZX na, 5 speed with the GLL package. I bought it from the original owner in Nov. 2014 with only 32,000 miles, original paint, leather seats, digital dash and AM/FM cassette with equalizer. It was kept in a heated garage and had a car cover on it. I have shown the car at different car events on Long Island and feel like I'm an outsider even though spectators admired the cars showroom condition. I look forward to meeting and speaking with other Z lovers. Thanks for this opportunity. I'm trying to figure out how to attach photos. When I figure it out I will definitely share.

Welcome Howard! As soon as the Port Jeff ferry starts up in the spring you'll have a shortcut to come Zee us (altho I don't know why anyone who drives a Z would want a shortcut! Most of us take the long way around wherever we go). :D

You've got about a hundred ZX owners in this Club and you will be thrilled to find how friendly they are. Take a stroll thru our Member Rides gallery and you'll Zee how popular the ZX cars are.

If you can't get your pictures to stick on this new website program, drop an email or a PM to our Webmaster (Jimmy) at "Webmaster (at) CTZCC.com" and he'll figure out what you need to do.

Hoping to zee your car soon and meet you in person!

How did you find out about us?

Frank T

Dave is one of our treasured members from NYC. He owns an immaculate late-1970 240z with a special exhaust system on it. His Z won high honors at several shows last year and Dave loves to drive the car to our monthly meetings here in CT during the driving Zeason.

You should get together with him and the two of you drive your Zs to our meetings together next year. Dave's lots of fun and a very nice guy.

We're always glad to greet new members in this Club. We love to meet new owners and zee their cars. Regardless how long you've owned your car, there's something you can teach us about it. We learn something from each new member who joins us.

One of the CTZCC strengths is that our membership spans the entire range of Z experience. Some of our members have owned Zs since they first came out 46yrs ago. Others have just bought their first Z and are learning about them. Some don't own a Z yet but love them and are looking for their first one. It's an interesting group and we all have fun here. You've found a good place to be.

Frank

Thank you Frank. I look forward to the drive up. My car was actually bought in Wolcott, CT. Amazing how things come around. Have a safe winter Zeason. Howard

SORRY everyone for Z enormous photos of my car when I kinda figured out how to attach some photos. Now I'll have to figure out how to downscale them.

UPDATE: Jim was able to resize my photos so that they fit now. Thank you Jim.

Many of us are having that problem with this new website format. My photos look like roadmaps and the server won't even accept them any more. I have recently received instructions which might reduce my photos and allow me to attach them here again, but I haven't been able to figure it out yet. At least yours are attaching.
Good luck.

Frank

Haha!
Just wait until you try to drive home with your first car show trophy!
You'll have to take the Ttop off your side of the car!
