Hi All,

After the loss of the IZCC "List" it is great to find a group and sight to join up with again.

I am somewhat computer technology challenged so please bear with my fumblings while I learn to navigate and enjoy your site.

Depending on who you ask, my passion for Datsuns has been both a blessing and a burden.

Necessity being the mother of invention, (I needed to find a place to put all the cars which kept finding their way to my small residential location) I was fortunate in 1987 to find an old chicken farm here in Nampa Idaho to put them all.

The rest is history. You can see the "Farm" on Google Earth by searching for the address: 2913 Garrity Blvd, Nampa Idaho.

After some 35 years of playing Z Cars, I have scaled back the day to day Roadster and Z car reparing to concentrate on restoration and parts.

I am now a "one horse show" attempting to slide into retirement at some point.

I have always enjoyed the diagnostic/problem solving end of Z car repair regardless of where the ailing car is located.

So if you don't mind my "kibbutzing" a bit I will try add to the wealth of Z car knowledge you all have in the future.

Sincerely yours,

Kim Blough
Idaho Z Car

As I mentioned in your first post Kim, welcome!! Your Z expertise and experience is deeply appreciated here!!

As you wander around the CTZCC site, I'm sure you'll run into some familiar folks. "The" Bob Sharp is our club advisor, The Carl Beck is a frequent poster and even made it to out to our unveiling of Rick Morgan's Lucky Vin #13 240Z along with Jim Frederick from Florida. Also of note, The Bryan Little of ZDatsun Garage is a club officer and you may of heard of The Vinnie Bedini, master Z mechanic!

Greetings, Kim, and WELCOME ABOARD again! Just "flew over your spread" on Google and counted more than 100 Z carz parked in your central corrals! (Guyz, it may be time for a road trip!) And I thought Danny's Datsuns had a lot of carz!?

I actually drove right past your place back in the summer of '76 ~ took 84 from Seattle to SLC in my 240Z, so I had to be near where you are now, whether you were there then or not.

We have a few members up in your neck of the woods, too (Wash, Neb, Canada, SLC). They have either visited us here or moved from here out to there. No reaZon not to head this way and meet us when you get the chance.

And it sure is great to hear another experienced voice here on the Club website. Our members range in experience from the first-car novice, to career professional Z racers and mechanics. So you sure won't become bored on here ~ there's always someone to talk with about some Gremlin.

Glad to have you on here ~ hope to meet you sometime.

Frank T
