Post subject: Hi ya'll from Texas
PostPosted: Thu Aug 26, 2010 9:39 pm
Well I just joined the club so thought I would say Hi. I'm actually in Texas right now but am moving up to Connecticut on the 7th. I noticed that the monthly meeting is on the 8th so I will tryyyyy to make that but since I'm driving up there I'm not too sure yet.

Oh about my Z, lol, it's an 03 350z 6MT in LeMans sunset and pretty much stock except for an intake and exhaust I put on it. It's my baby and I love him. I can't wait to get up there and hopefully meet some new interesting folks. I Hope to see ya'll real soon. By for now. :)

Welcome aboard, JW ~ very glad to have you with us. That Z is gorgeous and you're obviously a professional photographer, huh?

This Club has a few active Texans in it (still down there), a few active Texans in it (now up here), and one of my longest ex-girlfriends still lives there in Houston.

The city you sign-in with (Meriden) has a lot of active members (and some cool places to hang out), so if that's where you're headed up here, you will have Z company almost anytime you want it.

Looking fwd to meeting you and zeeing that beautiful car. I envy you the cross-country trip!
Lucky boy! 8)

Let us know when you get up here, we'll hold a Z Raid and introduce ourselves.

Z ya ~
Frank T

O, plan on getting a winter beater, if you don't want to drive your Z in salt and snow. Here is one of my Z's, 83 turbo. I thoiught you dig this pic. :D

Hi and welcome to the club! I live in Southington and work in Meriden, so hopefully I'll see you around. I'm presently Z-less, but next week I'm taking delivery of a light blue Z32. If you see one buzzing around, it's me.

I love the Lemans Sunset Orange - One of my favorite 350 colors for sure. Does it have the burnt orange leather? I just love that combo...

By the way, in that second picture your car looks like it's a whale that blasting water out of it's blow-hole. Just thought you should know that.

In short, no, but there is a bit of a story to that because you see I had a LeMans/burnt orange leather combo. I traded that car in for something more sensible and just couldn't shake my Z fever so, closest I could find ( read afford :p ) is this one with the black cloth. Now though I prefer the cloth becaus you dont slide around in the corners.
