Hey to everyone! My name's Mike. I'm a Z enthusiast from the Northeast section of PA. Currently, I own a 1987 Z31 turbo with only 93K on it, which is potentially for sale.
I love all Z cars, especially the S30 and the Z31's. I work at a dealership and we have 16 different brands of vehicles here. I'm also on a few other Z forums and participate in a local car community that has a nice mixture of Imports, Domestics, Euros, Muscle, Trucks, Lowriders and Bikes of all kinds. You name it....we have it here.
Semi-auto related, I'm involved in a few automotive charities here in my area, and we hold shows for various benefits, charities, etc.

Anything else, feel free to ask. Adios! :)

Hi Mike ~ Welcome to the family!

I received your application today and, as soon as I can find a few minutes (hours ) to sit down quietly, I'll hammer out a Welcome letter to you with some information you need to know about the CTZCC. You should have that in your email by morning.

It's good to have a member from the Keystone State. We pass thru there from time to time, on Z excursions (like last weekend to and from Nashville) or vacations. It would be cool to zee you sometime!

Of course, you're ALWAYS welcome to drive up here and attend any of our meetings or events. You're one of the family now, and we really enjoy having our brothers and sisters get together when ever possible.

Hope to meet you soon ~

YO, MIKE!!!!!
Good to have you aboard, even if you do drive one of them there
newfangled critters. And you're not so far away you can't join us
for a meeting or event from time to time. But the Internet---- that
could be an everyday thing!

Uh, Frank, is Mike our first from PA? How many states is that now?

Officially Rick, we now have members in 16 states, counting Mike. We did have a member in Altoona, who joined but never signed-on. Repeated letters to him went unanswered for a year, so his name was dropped from the rolls during one of our infrequent purges.

If members Post even a single entry during a 12-month period, we like to consider them still active. Those who join but never Post anything get a polite email to see if they're still breathing. Those who answer are left on the rolls. Those who don't answer get a couple more probes. If no response, we drop their names from the Mbrshp rolls. They can join again when they get more time.

It isn't necessary to join us if people only want to read the CTZCC Discussion Forums. But to Post any entry, they have to join. All their personal information is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. It is not sold to any mailing list, divulged to any other member, or made public anywhere. If the member wants someone else to know something about him, he has to tell them himself. We don't even share names/addresses/numbers among other members without express permission from the person whose info is wanted.

It's a hard and fast policy. Only officers have access to that information, and to break the confidence would cost the officer his position.

Thanks everyone...I also submitted a few pictures of my Z31 when I picked her up in January of this year. She was actually a local find, only 20 minutes from where I live. She had 82K original miles, and now has 93K from daily driving. Such a blast!

I used to drive and work on FC chassis RX7's, and even though I still love the sound of a rotary, I just enjoy driving the Z so much more!! Future plans will be the JWT 450 upgrade, then I'm leaving her alone in my 8 year long quest for an early 240Z...I finally have a good job to pay for a clean, unmolested S30 chassis now.

I plan to make a few trips to CT for some shows or events as well. Hope to meet some of you and talk everything "Z" with you...cya soon!

Welcome Mike, and being from P.A. you can join us in Carlise next year. Are you in the Pocono region? Another nice region to drive through.
