Nice 280 ~ what do we call you? And how do you keep a nice Z car in East Hartford? I'd be afraid to drive it in all that traffic!

Yeah ~ that looks like your 1947 Studebaker ThunderThud, right?
Maybe a 1954 Pontiac ComeAlong, or a 1953 Packard TowAbout?

Alright, I'm guessing. The only lead is the gratuitous chrome flashing on the leading edge of the bulbous rear wheel well, and everybody had them, and it's too far away to read the gas cap behind the door.

My guess is mid-50s to early 60s American "something".

Do I win? :?

April 2010 ~ Lou, we have our first meeting of 2010 on Wednesday, 14Apr at 7PM in Old Saybrook. Are you gonna make it? Great location (a marina!), some entertainment, lots of cool Club members and as many Z cars as we can cram in there. Also free pizza and soda and lots of laughs!

Is your 280 ready?
(Or, I guess you could bring the Studebaker ~ I'd love to see that, too!)

Frank
